New! Executive Certificate – Optimizing Vendor Relationships – Foundations
This new Executive Certificate in Optimizing Vendor Relationships offers insights into vendor-channel structures and operations, channel actors and roles, and the value propositions and metrics used by vendors to determine where to place resources. The goal: give solution providers the tools and understanding to have better success with their vendor product and services partners.
There are five courses within this executive certificate that address the redefined channel, channel models, vendor operations, channel key performance indicators, and how to align with vendor programs and organizations. The first three courses will be offered at ChannelCon over Tuesday, July 30 and Wednesday, July 31.
Executive Certificate – Cloud – Foundations
Learn how to take advantage of the substantial business opportunities in delivering cloud solutions to customers and recognize the differences from selling traditional IT services. You’ll learn how to develop a successful cloud services practice by leveraging best practices for marketing and selling cloud solutions and managing ongoing customer relationships.
This executive certificate consists of four courses focused on marketing, sales execution, services delivery and operations management taking place on Monday, July 29. Attendees will leave the workshop with the CompTIA Quick Start Guide to Cloud Computing, CompTIA 10-Week Guide to Cloud Computing, access to the video-on-demand series on cloud education and one CompTIA education credit for each course completed.
Executive Certificate – Cloud – Intermediate
