Currently, CompTIA is working to finalize comments for the SEC. In addition to a number of technical comments, we will recommend that the regulations uphold the spirit of the JOBS Act: Simplify regulatory requirements so that small businesses can raise capital in a cost-effective manner. “Keeping it simple” will be the key.
